Purpose of data processing Personal data is only collected by us when you provide it, for example, when sending us your application or during a job interview. By sending us an application, you express your interest in working for Clipper. Your personal data, such as your name, your contact details and you application documents, which you send to us, will be stored in an internal application portal. Your data will only be processed and viewed by the relevant contact persons. Your data will be used within Clipper to search for suitable applicants. If a position matching your profile is vacant, your data will be forwarded by the responsible employees to the relevant employees. The data collected during the application process may be used to compile statistics. However, this is anonymised information that does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the identity of a specific applicant. Legal basis for data processing The legal basis for data processing is Article 88 DSGVO in conjunction with Section 26 (1) sentence 1 BDSG and Section 26 (2) BDSG. In addition, data processig is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 letter f) DSGVO to protect our legitimate interests. For example, mutual legal claims may arise in connection with the application process (e.g. claim under the AGG, pre-contractual claims for damages). The personal data collected is therefore necessary for the assertion or defence of such claims. Recipients of your data Your application data may be passed on within the Clipper branches to the following departments: HR department, management, site management, specialist department with the corresponding personnel requirement or department requesting personnel. Your personal data will not be made available to third parties in any form unless we have your consent or an official order to do so. Transfer of data to third countries Your application data will not be passed on to bodies outside the EU. Storage period We store your personal data in our application portal for a period of one year after completion of the application process in order to be able to refer to you for possible further vacancies. You expressly agree to the aforementioned storage period and to us contacting you again in the event of suitable vacation positions during the storage period by declaring your consent to inclusion in the application portal in the field provided for this purpose. You may revoke this consent at any time if you do not (or no longer) agree with the storage period of your data or with us contacting you in the future. In this case, we will refrain from storing your data for a period longer than the storage period in connection with legal requirements. Your data will then only be stored for a period of up to six months after any rejection in order to comply with statutory privisions, in particular the obligations to provide evidence under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Your rights You are entitled to request information about the data stored about you as well as copies of this data. You have the right to demand the correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of personal data if the legal requirements are met. If the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to object to the data processing and to receive the personal data provided by you and relating to you in a common and machine-readable format.
