Job description

We are currently looking to strengthen our team in Münchberg/Hof with with a committed IT-Administrator (m/f/d) who would like to contribute and expand their know-how in a diverse working environment. Flat hierarchies and a motivated and competent team ensure professional work in a positive and pleasant working environment.


As an IT-Administrator (m/f/d), you have excellent knowledge of various programming languages and are an all-rounder in terms of technical qualifications. You configure, monitor and maintain IT systems and networks in the company and take responsibility for ensuring that system and application software can be used smoothly. Your daily tasks also include setting up and monitoring network and system operations. If faults occur, you will analyze the reasons and rectify the causes immediately. You can expect diverse tasks and exciting IT projects. A structured way of thinking as well as dedication and flexibility are required.


Your tasks

  • User support in the Microsoft environment (Windows 10, MS Office) on-site or remotely
  • Administration of the Windows AD server (users)
  • Selection, purchase, installation and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Administrative tasks, maintenance and monitoring within the IT department (ticket processing, repairs and orders)
  • Participation in implementing projects
  • Documentation of IT processes/administration of the database server and/or computer networks, if applicable
  • Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS, Cisco and switch setup/maintenance
  • Maintaining contact with vendors
  • Office 365 cloud migration replacement
  • Delivering, replacing and installing new hardware at sites and explaining its use
  • Preparation of reports and handover to the supervisors (m/f/d)

Job requirements

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent
  • > 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems, in the area of Exchange Server, Active Directory, MS Office
  • Knowledge of IP networks up to layer 7 and/or experience with the administration of MS-SQL servers
  • Good command of the German and English language, both written and spoken
  • Independent, autonomous and reliable work, but also good team player
