To strengthen our team, we are looking for an


„Resource Planning Administrator (m/f/d)“


at our German locations in Hof/Saale // Münchberg.


As Resource Planning Administrator (m/f/d) you are in charge of the shift planning of our employees on a weekly and daily basis in cooperation with the responsible Operations / Area Managers (m/f/d).

This weekly planning, based on SLAs and KPIs, is compared with the operational requirements on a daily basis and adjusted as needed. You communicate additional staff requirements to our personnel service providers and coordinate the resulting shift schedule.

In cooperation with your supervisor, you gradually build up a reporting system to map relevant KPIs; ad hoc analyses are also part of your job.

It is easy for you to draw clear conclusions from large amounts of data. In addition, you will take care of the onboarding of newly hired temporary staff.

Your Tasks

  • Cooperation with our personnel service providers
  • Creating and reviewing shift schedules and checking the attendance of our employees/temporary workers on a daily basis
  • Adjusting shift schedules in our existing WMF system as needed
  • Support / activities within the scope of quality management / KPI (delivery reliability and turnover) analysis
  • Preparation of (ad-hoc) reports and daily reports for our controlling department
  • Control of hours worked and verification of invoicing
  • Further administrative work within the scope of the working relationship with the temporary employment agencies and the temporary employees
  • Onboarding of new employees
  • Administration / handover of clothing, access cards, locker and forklift keys as well as other necessary administrative work

Job requirements

  • Completed commercial professional training

  • Initial experience in processing and evaluating large amounts of data

  • Experience with temporary employment agencies and/or personnel administration is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of Excel

  • Good communication skills, leadership qualities and the ability to communicate persuasively

  • Fluent German
